  • Helical Grooved Sleeves: Utilized for precision transmission or fluid guiding, demanding strict concentricity between internal and external features.
  • Ball-end Locators & Tapered Shafts: Involving complex 3D surface machining to guarantee absolute point-to-point contact accuracy post-assembly.

Technical Tolerances & Capabilities For these ultra-precision components, machined in our climate-controlled facilities using high-end multi-axis equipment (e.g., Mazak, DMG MORI), our tolerance limits are strictly controlled as follows:

  • Dimensional Tolerance:

    • Standard Machining: ±0.01 mm

    • Precision Limit: ±0.002 mm (2μm)

  • Geometric Tolerance:

    • Roundness / Concentricity: ≤ 0.005 mm

    • True Position: ±0.01 mm

  • Surface Roughness: Capable of achieving Ra 0.4 ~ 0.8 μm (attaining a mirror-like premium finish directly from the CNC machine without secondary grinding).
