Air-static spindle bushing engineered for high-speed PCB drilling machines. Featuring ultra-precision air grooves, it provides zero-friction, low-thermal-deformation support for ultra-high speeds, significantly enhancing micro-drilling precision and spindle lifespan.- Selected Materials: High-grade stainless steel (SUS440C) / High-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2) / Chromium-molybdenum steel (SCM). Optional DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating is available.
